      They have an amazing code of conduct manual and systems, however it's only kept on the drawer and actaul is total missed up They promote values they never posses, managment are totally isolated from each team. Too much politics between teams

      no job promotion or career advancement, as you are working hard, you will not go to higher level, false title and larger responsibility with no reasonable compensation you may find a new higher in same position but with less responsibilities and higher salaries
