Pros
Like other below mid level companies it has some pros as well. I mean without these pros I think you can not survive here. # The environment is friendly. People around you will accept you as their brother to be honest. # If you can fight with the office staff then you may get beef for lunch sometimes. # They pay you salary right on time almost every month. # Opportunity to learn about technology. # The annual tour is a fun time. As well as the apsis family night.
Cons
Now here we go. # Environment is friendly, it's true. But management has nothing to do with it. Management is not toxic though but not employee friendly as well. # Salary is much lower than you think. If you think you will work hard and get a good pay raise then you should wake up. cause that's not gonna happen here. # Before you step into this company you should forget about work life balance. You need to forget that you have a life outside of this company. # Work pressure is not a problem for me so that's not a cons but the way they give you pressure will definitely give you a headache each day that wont go away. # Management will show off that they have lot of money but they don't. # Sometimes you can find flies or cockroaches in the lunch for free as a fresh protein. # You will be very very very lucky if you get you work recognition. # Sometimes they will provide you with a one day project. Like you have to finish a project from scratch in a single day. For that you have to work 12-13 hours a day.
