Pros
Overall the flexibility this job offers, especially with remote work being continued is really nice. The benefits are amazing! There's good parental leave policy, CPA study benefits, DTO and more. The people you work with daily also help make the experience great.
Cons
Constantly merging with new companies. They don't help pay for CPA exams like my last firm, and meals during busy season are only available in office (which isn't convenient for everyone).
