      There is an over abundance of communication early on that gets filtered out easily and is difficult to catch up from.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
