      Pros

      Thoughtful approach to sustaining culture as the firm grows. Substantially better invested in technology infrastructure and learning and development than other firms similar in size. Many roles are fully remote, which has enable the firm to attract amazing talent.

      Cons

      The pace of growth means the firm is constantly evolving and roles in the growth team continue to change. This creates opportunity for team members, but also requires you to maintain a flexible, adaptive attitude. Not the right place for people looking for a structured, predictable daily routine.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
