      > Equipment provided are working well and gives satisfying experience. > People are approachable. > The office has a good environment. > Choices/suggestions of the employees are being considered.

      > Since the Company is in it's start-up phase, some of the instructions and levelling of the team are not properly established.

      Pros

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
