Cons
-Conversion/Mergers can be a tough process, but IT/management is willing to help/find a solution -Work/life balance and team environment really depends on practice group and location (employee working for NC partners may have different experience than employee working for GA team) -As a remote employee, I wish my partners/managers were easier to get ahold of/more communicative. My team is relatively new to the remote work environment (as am I) and there could be process improvement on both ends to effectively manage workflows. That being said, adjusting can be difficult and everyone has maintained a positive outlook and attitude (as far as I know).
