      a lot of opportunity to learn, very advanced some people like it this way (I do) but not for everyone its not a Banner or a St Joes things move quickly

      Great health insurance, easy to use emr. Was great initial pay.

      Cons

      Was new company with rollercoasters of ups and downs and a bit of of a rollercoaster with uncertainty. Had toxic managers, and communication was not clear.
