- The London office was closed after months of uncertainty, with salaries unpaid for 3+ months despite repeated assurances - Senior leadership failed to respond to employee concerns, follow through on commitments or provide the transparency and accountability the situation required - The atmosphere was stressful and counterproductive, with little sense of stability or positive outlook (people scrambling for work, mostly BD-focused) - I left deeply disappointed by how preventable much of it was. This was, overall, the worst employer experience of my career
