Exciting organization, if you buy into their culture of excess and honor management with loyalty and never ask them to address issues or concerns.
Cons
Compensation is not the best. Overrides are not always earned. They say promotions are based on merit, yet some are promoted because of who you know. There is no place for someone to express a concern... issues and concerns are ignored. Unrealistic expectations for themselves and their reps.
