Very laid back, good pay, dress comfortably

Not much room for growth as far as promotions

The company does it's best to incorporate fun events around the office. Pay is decent for the work you do. In a centralized area in Nashville. Office is newly renovated. Good PTO

I am sure this happens at most companies. However, by being a smaller office, you notice things easily. The place is known for firing staff for retaliation. If you go through the appropriate channels to express your concern, the management staff will know that it was you who told. Nothing is confidential. HR plays favorites so those employees who are in good with them do not get reprimanded at all. Why you ask because they are all buddies/friends from a previous employer. Management allows bad behavior from individuals who are in their face but if you don't do the same you are an outcast. And they literally will fire you just because. Benefits are extremely pricey..thus ...the reason for the salary. Several employees came and went!
