The pay is in line with the Nashville market and the time off is great. We have the ability to be flexible with our hours and there are fun events to participate in each month. I'm not sure why all of these reviews are so negative other than you have a few disgruntled employees who left and didn't want to own their issues. I am not aware of anyone terminated for retaliation and there definitely is an open door policy.
