      Pros

      -nice, big, newly renovated building (with like 15 people working in it) -good location / parking -pay is pretty good

      Cons

      -not a good place to work if you have any thoughts, ideas, or opinions of your own -management are all friends from back in they day; they will always stick together -no one is on your side, not even HR -your managers "work" remotely -firing for no reason, at any time

      - Work/Life Balance - Competitive PTO - Flexibility - Awesome people - Fun Events throughout the year

      Cons

      - Benefits not competitive with market - No 401k match - Executive team/Management/President has very little autonomy due to ownership company - Could improve the pay structure (make more competitive with market)
