      The company highly encourages passion and creativity

      Cons

      Revenue is the only factor that matters. Decisions are made on the go, they don't take time to analyze or plan as this is considered a waste of time. Human capital is only seen as a means to get more revenue, zero coaching culture, and there are no standard protocols. The CEO is very rude.
