• You will have many opportunities to meet with great founders from around the world. • The 1-on-1 mentorship program allows interns to conduct independent project. Interns can also participate in deal sourcing, screening, and investor committee meetings with their mentor, offering deeper insights into VC investment. • The program provides opportunities for 1-on-1 meetings with team members at any level. Interns may ask about career paths, startups, personal experiences, and more. (Shout out to my mentor Bill Hsu and SEA Principal Sophie Chiu for giving me tons of valuable insight)
Cons
It is important to clearly understand what you wish to learn. The team is busy, and although mentors will assist you, a lack of direction will ultimately limit the learning you can gain from this internship.
