Not a "con", but a personality preference. The company is in a big growth phase, but still a smaller team. Those who thrive here tend to be "impact players": hungry to contribute in a meaningful way every day, and comfortable with a high degree of autonomy. If you need a higher degree of direction, role definition, and organizational structure, this might not be ideal for you.
