Pros

Oh, there are so many fantastic reasons to work at Apptix! First, you'll love the thrill of navigating a labyrinth of ambiguous instructions and conflicting directives from upper management. It's like a never-ending treasure hunt, except the treasure is perpetual confusion. The stagnant company culture offers the perfect environment for those who dream of working in the Stone Age, far away from the pressures of innovation and modernity. You'll also enjoy the intense workload that provides ample opportunity for personal growth through stress and burnout. Plus, with compensation packages that are charmingly below industry standards, you can take pride in knowing you're not in it for the money. And let's not forget the inspiring lack of professional development opportunities—perfect for those who fear the terrifying prospect of career advancement. At Apptix, mediocrity is celebrated, and your potential is sure to remain delightfully untapped.

Cons

Working at Apptix can be challenging due to several negative aspects. Employees often cite a lack of clear communication from upper management, leading to confusion and inefficiency within teams. Additionally, the company culture may feel outdated, with limited opportunities for professional growth and development. The workload can be overwhelming, with expectations often exceeding reasonable limits, causing burnout among staff. Compensation and benefits are frequently reported as subpar compared to industry standards, contributing to low morale. Furthermore, the organization’s resistance to adopting new technologies and processes can stifle innovation and hinder overall productivity.

Pros

The best part about the job is the laid back vibe i feel at Apptix. No managers constantly breathing down my neck or useless meetings everyday. I have one meeting once a week and it most of the time its cancelled. Its great to be able to concentrate on my work instead of wasting time doing other things. The benefits are incredible. Pretty cheap premium health care that covers ALOT more than my previous employer. The compensation is great and super competitive.

Cons

Its a small satelite office of only 6 people. 1 of which is my age. I knew what i got my self into when i first started but still cant help but put it down as a con.

Pros

The people I worked with were great, and the management was great. I had originally worked for another company that was bought by Apptix.

Cons

Once we merged with Apptix, all kinds of problems came about. Their network infrastructure was bad, and this caused disruptions in the customer's service. Opportunities for advancement were non existent.
