The best part of working for Appsian is the flexibility with timings. We do not have any fixed hours at work. Some people start early and some post lunch. We have the ability to work from home. This is a blessing for people with kids. I can plan my work timings every day. I am enjoying a perfect work/life balance at present. In terms of work assignments. We get one task assigned and once completed move to the next. Unlike other companies that push developers to their limits. We have a very open culture and we speak our mind every day. Appsian does care about employee's health. Encourage employees to take up fitness challenges. Overall I am enjoying my work at Appsian
Cons
Appsian India Tech got registered last year. So does not have a brand name. Insurance coverage in on the lower side as compared other mid size companies.
