Cons
Think multiple times before joining the company. I got an offer from the company. My fault was that I did not check their financial status(from public domains) before joining the company. I was laid off within a short period of time(in a span of weeks) on the guise of "performance". There are two points here. First I may have had problems with my previous companies but none was under performance. Second after my so called lay off on "performance", they announced a company wide pay cut on basis of salary bracket. If you are in the corporate world for sometime, you would get what I am hinting at( though again in this case I did not even get why I got hired). To anyone reading this, I am confident in myself and I thought this was a boon rather than a bane(incase I experienced this later when I was deeper in the hole). Incase you are not confident in yourself then please think as the job here as a gamble and nothing else(again you may argue this happens everywhere, yes agreed but in most places you ain't made to feel like a total worthless fellow which I did think for few days seeing the way the message was conveyed to me)
