- Everyone in the company is good at what they do and are therefore really dependable (especially in Marketing) - pleasure to work in the team and across departments - Energetic, youthful atmosphere with leadership who have high and clear visions for future growth - Pretty epic company events and interesting and thoughtful little gifts during holidays/seasonally - Generous benefits in both compensation and extras
Cons
- Not always a clear work-life balance - people work very hard and the workload sometimes became overwhelming - despite its size, there were still a lot of growing pains in my years there, particularly around operational organization - more structure and support from management in my role would have optimized my experience even more with time - I didn't find enough opportunity for growth in my role, which is ultimately why I chose to leave
