Working at appsflyer was a toxic work experience for me.
My experience with HR was not good - When I went to them about the issues and concerns I had, they used it to retaliate.
Management was mostly white, Israeli males. They needed diversity and inclusion training. If you interview with them, I suggest asking for a breakdown of the leadership team and figuring out how many of them are non-Israeli men.
There was a underlying tension with the HQ office in Israel that management fostered. It was exhausting to constantly feel at odds with my colleagues. I was even asked to report/tattle on what was going on in my office to HQ but felt uncomfortable.
Management looked the other way when employees treated others inappropriately, I was hired to be a buffer between my difficult and disruptive manager and the employees in my office. I wish they disclosed this to me when I interviewed.
I was talked to inappropriately but was not given constructive criticism on how to improve. I felt bullied.
