Pros

- I am very thankful to feel challenged and supported in my role, work with such an amazing team, and be a part of such a people-focused culture at AppsFlyer. - Culture - the best part about this organization, the people. There is an "all-in" spirit that exists in all team members and as the company grows the organization has done a great job to retain it. - Product - great product with huge responsibility as market leader to keep the best in business attribution measurement while continuing to innovate. - Customer Obsessed - AppsFlyer celebrates feedback from customers and strives for customer retention with one of the lowest customer churn rates. - Travel the world - on-boarding and yearly all hands includes travel to Israel. Geep program lets you work at any of the 15 global offices for two weeks (manager permission).

Cons

- Growing fast - As the company grows the organization has done a great job to retain the culture but this will evolve and change as with all fast growing companies... when I started less than 2 years ago we were at a 300 global headcount and now we are nearly at 900 and counting. The business and culture will continue to evolve. - Growth - the company offers great promotion and growth opportunities but you will have learn your current role and make an impact before being considered for other roles.

Pros

For someone that has money to play with a wants to make more, maybe.

Cons

I got ripped off for more than $300! They tell you that you can make money but what they don’t tell you is that you must have money! You must pay out of pocket for at least 2 tasks a day. First it was $50, then $100, then $300 and the last time was $800 which I did not pay! Once you complete the tasks for the day they pay you in bitcoin through PayPal in my case or Cash App which I had to open an account with. They use whatever you earned in bitcoin for the next task but you have to pay out of pocket for the rest of the order if you didn’t earn enough in bitcoin. The last day I worked I had nothing in my Paypal and nothing in my Cash App but I had to pay $800 out of my pocket to complete the task! I didn’t have it. And if you don’t complete the tasks, you don’t get paid. I paid over $300 of my money and deposited back to my bank account $14.25 (sign up bonus) and $9.21! And each day the tasks cost more. They tell you that you will get a refund plus a profit for what you dish out immediately. I didn’t. Maybe for someone who has thousands to play with and wants to make more, it may be a good job. But for a retiree that has only social security for income and needed an extra income to make ends meet. it is not. Now I am out $300+ and can not pay my bills this month!
