Pros

nothing but there were many cons please check

Cons

I recently had a disappointing experience with Apps Associates. Over the past few months, there have been widespread layoffs across multiple departments, including AMS, Applications, Analytics, IT, and Development. One concerning aspect was that layoffs were not always based on performance or experience. In several cases, employees on the bench were let go regardless of their tenure or contributions. Even individuals who had worked with the organization for many years were impacted once their projects ended. Additionally, there was little clarity or communication during this process, and no severance support in all cases, which made the situation more difficult for affected employees. I would encourage prospective candidates to carefully evaluate stability, bench policies, and employee support systems before joining. A company’s true culture is reflected in how it treats employees during challenging times. Values on Paper, Not in Practice. Please dont choose this organization, if there is no project you will get laid off with out any support.

Pros

Bonus structure is straight forward and fair if you’re staffed

Cons

Raises are very very small. Pipeline of work is small, dry. The culture is taking a turn for the worse (sr leaders dating each other and excusing bad behavior), changes to policies on the fly and then not updating the actual policy. specifically time and expense policies. Example Apps Associates sent us an email randomly saying they’d not reimburse for taxes on cell phone plans while the actual policy doesn’t say that and tax is reimbursable on literally all other business purchases. Theres no defined career path or expectations at level. The company is offshoring work to save a buck so on shore employees are barely staffed.
