      Yao from HR is extremely sweet and will try to accommodate your needs as much as she can. They sometimes provide coffee and lunch around once a month. Office is in Soho.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, not your typical corporate hours, management only cares about actions & reports, no room to grow.

      Pros

      Worked remotely during 2020 winter holiday season, ample time to do my thesis projet while on shift and exceed work phone call/sales goals. Got a neat $600 bonus in visa gift cards that season.

      Cons

      specific managers- Zarya, and Sunnya were unprofessional in their conduct. They would refuse to help you with urgent escalated customers and publicly call you out over teams app. No accountaibility for their roles and would micromanage.
