Pros
Almost nothing. It's a paying job. You get to practice other languages. Some colleagues are very nice people who deserve better.
Cons
All the bad reviews are true. It's a highly toxic work environment, with managers who berate and belittle employees for nothing and whenever they feel like. The managers are unprofessional and authoritarian, they expect you to say amen to anything they ask (no matter how illogical or unethical it is). Training is almost inexistent, although their expectations are high and you're not allowed to make any honest mistake. There is a lot of pressure, drama and public reprimands. There is absolutely no flexibility regarding schedules and days-off. And of course, the job is boring, repetitive and you feel miserable everyday with all the abuse thrown at you.
