ASM gives you a great platform for developing your language skills and also your communication skills, multi-tasking and opportunity for growth and evolution within the company.
Cons
Nothing and no one is perfect but where we would improve is having in place some kind of bonus scheme and benefits for the employees, like end of year bonus, gym memberships or lunch vouchers etc.
