Behind the fact that I was really lucky and happy with the project I worked on for more than two years at Approach, Approach is: - a human sized company that gives a great balance between professional and private life to the employees. - a great place to meet nice colleagues. - the office is well-located in Louvain-la-Neuve, so it is really easy in terms of access.
Cons
I was one of the only business analyst profile in the company, thus I did not benefit a lot from the experience of my colleagues (more technical or cyber-security oriented). Nevertheless, the project I was assigned to gave me the possibility to improve my skills in that frame. Approach could maybe give more opportunities in terms of trainings to the employees.
