- high salaries - remote options if you didn't want to visit the office which had really good facilities though. - skilled delivery tutors and knowledgeable. - fast paced promotion opportunties due to rapid growth
Cons
- lack of collaboration between departments - what the CEO and higher management want, they get. They don't like suggestive ideas or change. - highly focused on "skills over standards" in selling so end up causing delivery staff mass of problems. - learners don't know what programmes they are on most of the time. - under staffed in delivery
