-The impact-great non-profit that is making a big impact on middle schools students within Boston Public Schools. provides career exploration and apprenticeships -Family feel-staff really cares about each other and works together as a team. -Innovative-looks for new ways to do things and supports creative thinking.

Staffing needs--As with many non-profits, Apprentice Learning is small and staff wear many hats. If there was a bigger team, AL could grow and serve more students.
