Awful to work for - Dogs Body Appreciate Group Employee Review

Micro managed from the minute you log on to the minute you go home. Target driven environment (feels like a call centre) even though they pretend not to be. Poor management and training of new staff. Bullying behaviour from team leaders allowed to thrive and go unchallenged from senior management. Face fits culture and demoralising environment for the most part. Expected to work when your clearly sick and not well. They don't champion mental health. It's all lip service. I could go on and on. Also, tell lies and close rank when you leave because I didn't get paid what I was entitled to. There full of false promises. I would not recommend working here to anyone, unless you like to work in a controlling environment with no room to progress or a voice.
