Pros

There are none! I love how the owner wrote the past 2 reviews himself when he saw that former employees' were finally coming forward about the practices that occured here. hah yea right, pretty much no one has anything positive to say. It's nice that finally people are coming foward and don't feel intimidated by him or his threats.

Cons

According to him, his employees are all "lazy freeloaders" as he called us in the response to one of the previous reviews... Nice to know what he really thinks of all the people who have to put up with him on a daily basis! Looks like you were prepared for us so you made up a couple reviews trying to make you look good. This company is a huge RIPOFF in capital letters. Overbills clients, fake leads, abusive toward employees. I am surprised they have not been shut down yet. I did not have a good experience working here, and neither did most of the other employees- they were all miserable.

As always we welcome any "constructive" reviews, comments and feedback from current and past employees positive or negative and as a small organization we strive to improve our relationship with our staff as well as our clients and we will continue to do so. However in this case, this is clearly not a constructive review or feedback.....this is a rant from a failed disgruntled employee that barely lasted 10 days on the job and was let go because of his gross incompetence. Somehow he's convinced by posting some anonymous random lies and totally made up stories that somehow he will destroy our company as revenge for us letting him go. The intent is clear in his own words. He was angry about being let go and emailed us threatening to write bad reviews regardless if he's right or wrong and plans to destroy our company if he didn't get what he wanted. (AND WE HAVE THE EMAILS TO PROVE IT). Clearly he didn't get what he wanted so this is his way of venting, except he's just making it up as he goes along with a blatant disregard for the truth or facts. This is the second posting, the first claiming Appointmentsetter is a scam. This latest posting is his follow up to his first positing as you can see from the childlike writing. As a result we feel it necessary to address each of the lies and false statements in the strongest possible terms to set the record straight. - The allegation we over bill our clients or he had some sort of relationship or solidarity with the rest of our staff Totally false and clearly he still doesn't understand how our service works which explains why after 10 days on the job, we had to let him go as everything had to be explained to him a dozen times and he still could not grasp it. He barely spoke or interacted with any of the other staff and frankly they mostly wondered why he was hired as he spent most of the day surfing other website and refuse to dial, while other staff members were working hard to earn their pay and we take full responsibility for that because clearly it was a mistake to keep him on for that long. HERE ARE THE FACTS AND THE PROOF We have no way of overbilling our clients (even if we wanted to, which we don't and would never engage in such dishonest practice) Our pricing model is based on getting "results for our clients", (THAT IS OUR MOTTO!!! CHECCK OUR WEBSITE) we only bill our clients if the work is done so there's no way we can over bill our clients, that is completely false and makes no sense. In other words, we do not bill our clients by the hour, our clients only pay for performance, meaning they only pay for appointments that are confirmed and/or seen by them. However we do charge a premium for good quality appointments and we're able to provide our staff with a base, plus as much commissions as they like, which provides for good job security. Unfortunately this "character' was unable to produce any quality appointments and the few that he did produced were bogus, (he never actually spoke to anyone on the phone) resulting in our clients wasting time and money driving for hours going out to none existent appointments and wild goose chases that reflected badly on us and as a result we had to let him go. He was paid what was owed to him in the form of a base and training bonus for the approximate 10 days before he was ask to leave. The fact is our clients applauded us for getting rid of this character and as a result we now have a strict hiring policy to avoid these issues in the future. We encourage anyone readying this review (potential clients or employees) to request a quote, email us and ask any questions about our services, review our website and pricing model. Speak to any of our top notch staff past and present who's been with us for years or come in for an interview and you will see that these accusations are nothing but an attempt to get revenge from this character with a lot of time on his hands. We expect he will attempt to post more lies and we will be prepared to respond.
