Toxic, brutal, bully culture - Anonymous employee Appointedd Employee Review

Where do I start. The team / people are what made my time at Appointedd so special and as a result you get this amazing work culture built on inclusivity, collaboration and just all round positive vibes. Working at Appointedd is like working with a big bunch of your best mates, with social activities and events always there at the ready. Having the office right next to the castle was a real treat and the company is really entrusting with letting staff work where they would like to work. Not to mention the product itself is pretty bloody cool as well! If I didn’t have to move back to Australia, I would still be working there. Take the opportunity if you are thinking about it, you won’t regret it.

There really aren’t any and I’d be knit picking if I had to. Annual leave is inclusive of public holidays which I wasn’t used to. However you get these days back anyway through additional annual leave so it works out in the end.

People at Appointedd are very smart and capable, and, quite possibly, some of the loveliest bunch you’ll ever meet! Everybody helps one another and truly cares about each other and the company. People are encouraged to bring on new ideas to make things better. The team isn’t big, so c-suite and senior managers are within reach and are there to listen and support you - so your voice is heard and can make a difference.

This is not really a 'con' but it can be useful to know. Appointedd is still a relatively small yet ambitious team so there are often a number of competing priorities and always things to do. So for someone not used to fast pace work environment, it can be challenging. Good time management skills and ability to prioritise is key if you wish to succeed at Appointedd!
