Pros

Supportive and friendly company to work for. Good opportunities for career growth and progression as well excellent training available, tailored to each person's own aspirations and needs. Great rewards, incentives and benefits for hard work e.g. spa days, nights out, team-building, themed fun Sales Days, end of quarter events, Employee of the Month and loads more.

Cons

Recruitment in general requires a lot of hard work and motivation so is not suited to everyone, but Appoint Group do everything they can to support you and make sure you have the training you need to do well. However, if you are not a naturally motivated / determined / hard-working person, this may not be for you.
