Pros

- Most employees are friendly

Cons

- Leadership will tell you that you can always voice your concerns but for some reason anyone who’s voiced concerns, pushed back, or asked questions was eventually terminated. - There is no one to turn to. HR is rigid, cold, unapproachable and do not genuinely care about anyone’s concerns. - The nepotism is a concerning issue. Employees with NO experience will be hired into customer facing roles because of their ties to the CEO or others on the leadership team. - There is absolutely no morale. Everyone is burnt out. Everyone's been pushed to their breaking points, and not in the motivating way. Because of this, they’ve instilled ridiculous rules and processes making everything more strict and feeling like a kindergarten classroom. - The product, even after years of trying to fix it (and a rotation of CTOs) is still struggling to hold its own next to competitors, constantly breaking, and never evolving. Because of this, customers are churning and sales are suffering - Even though customers are constantly complaining and leaving, the entire team is told that the company is doing so well. It’s extremely difficult to decipher the truth - HR has slowly chipped away at benefits year after year - The Latinx employees are treated vastly differently than the rest of the company even though many of them helped build the platform. And there are no efforts to celebrate diversity - There's no room for growth and if you do miraculously move up, you will not receive the support you need to continue to thrive - Despite how the company may be sold to you, the executive team are extremely shady and cutthroat - Employee turnover is at an all time high after years of being concerned for their job security so proceed with an immense amount of caution

Pros

Decent pay for some. Good co workers.

Cons

Extremely cliquey. Unethical. Not up to industry standards in pretty much any area. This company is about profits only and does not have any real values it stands behind. As others have mentioned, it’s smoke and mirrors on the culture aspect, and people are often overworked and under compensated as well as thrown under the bus to cover up higher ups failures. A huge portion of the tech team is offshore and even though they were originally the crew that built the company, they are treated and paid sub par. They are not actually offered any path for growth or promotion. The offshore tech team has asked for fair treatment many times and have been shut down and ignored. Leadership is completely disengaged from the actual teams and what it takes to have a reliable, safe and well thought out product. The comments in response to negative reviews are a slap in the face to the MANY employees who have been mis treated and ignored by leadership and HR. This company is not only unpleasant but vagrantly breaks federal protections for workers and discriminates to the point of causing severe actual harm to employees on a daily basis. If you work here be prepared to be wasting your time growth wise, going in circles based on leaderships shifting and careless whims, and do not by any means have any backbone or standards for ethical treatment of humans or you will be targeted.
