Pros
- Great place to learn things about application development ( from beginning to end ) - There are funds provided for employees to learn - Great atmosphere - Interesting projects - Responsibilities given to software engineer were not standard ones, based on preferences except from writing code I was able take a part in processes related to tasks planning which was big advantage for me - Good salary
Cons
- It is hard to be in project with exact technologies that someone would like to work because it depends on projects currently available in company ( it is informed during recruitment process that this is outsourcing company so employee should be flexible )
