      Pros

      Here, you can learn about how a software company works. It is also a place where you can experience the life of a developer. Developing things and fixing bugs is their everyday thing in here, and the office pantry and their fridge are always full of foods and drinks.

      Cons

      Need to be more proactive and cannot be afraid of talking or seeking help from seniors. They are a nice person. And also, the culture of eating lunch together needs to be improved such as fixing a lunchtime.
