As I started working here as an intern, I feel that Applify is a good company to build or start your career as a software engineer. 1. I have got a lot of growth opportunities at Applify in just 1 year of my employment. 2. I have been able to maintain a work-life balance here. 3. After completing my internship, I got to work on a big project and received absolute guidance from all the involved team members.
Cons
The only thing I feel needs improvement is the cross-teams collaboration.
