10yThanks for the nice comments. We try to make this a challenging but enjoyable place to work and I'm glad to see that are getting a lot out of that.
You're right that our size makes for a relatively shallow organization but we are working to grow, and our people will grow with us. We're starting to put more authority and responsibility into more hands, which is necessary as we get bigger, so you'll see those changes soon.
You're right that we're a little out of the way up here in Northport, but we like our village and overall I think it's better to be up here in a nice town rather than in some industrial park closer to the expressway. We do try to be flexible about hours and such in order to make travel a little easier for those who live farther away.
