      THE PEOPLE – Everyone helps everyone else. Does not matter what the task is, if you need assistance someone will help you. IMPACT - It is not often that you get to work for a company that is having real impact on the community we live in. AVS is working with San Francisco community districts and safety organizations to have a major impact on crime in San Francisco.

      Pros

      Applied Video Solutions (AVS) is an absolutely incredible company to work for. You will work with a very talented, friendly and supportive team. Additionally, management, including the C-Level, is incredibly approachable and amazing to work with. AVS is the local company that is highly recognized on the market because of the quality of products and services it offers. I love here the continuous innovation and adoption of new things that help not only us (the team) to achieve personal and career goals and growth, but also benefit the community and its customers.

      I cannot think about any cons during my time at AVS.
