Pros
Good people and smart colleagues. Upper management go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Really handled the gov. budget squeeze well. Kept people employed when they didn't have to. Many other companies in the same position would have let a lot of people go.
Cons
Most of the cons of working here are the cons of working for any federal contractor.
