Pros
Resume builder with decent PTO. There are good managers here but they are few and far between. You can use this as a great stepping stone in your career.
Cons
Low pay, no respect, if your not in the circle of good ol boys your not going make much money nor will you go very far. Mass exodus is currently underway. Super high rate of turnover.
