Pros
- Company is doing very well, lots of growth and lots of new hires. - Tons of innovation and growth in AI fields, exciting time to be there in the product and engineering organization. - Amazing employee onboarding experience. - Fully remote. Can go to office if you want but don't need too.
Cons
- They need to increase their paid time off to stay competitive for getting the best talent. They have 3 weeks but most tech companies now offer 4 weeks or unlimited. This honestly made me really think about joining before I did and it's such a seemingly easy thing to fix.
