Remote available Full benefits on day 1 Can be flexible with your schedule No minimum requirements for support so it’s a great stepping stone job to gain basic tech skills
Cons
There is no focus on retention of existing employees. Raises are small and yearly. Promotions are not merit based, they just happen if you’ve been there long enough and come with the same yearly raise everyone else gets. Old and aging products / tech debt. Stress from job is way too high for way too little pay and it’s easy to burn out.
