Great place for people who just want a 9-5 with minimal pay or are looking for a stepping stone - Applications Developer Applied Systems Employee Review

Bad pay. Minimal raises (if any) even for good performance reviews. Incompetent and oblivious management. Not a place to improve your skills. Code base has no standards. Only requirement is "does it work?". This is the ultimate growth company, in that nothing matters but growth (increased revenue). I've seen way too many decisions made by management that were bad for the product/client but were approved because they meant a little bit more money.
