Pros

They really know how to give you false hope. The CEO claims you will be able to be compensated for your work but never follows through. Previous submissions were submitted by HR in order to give a boosting to this companies ratings which really makes them greedy for reviews. They are concerned about feedback but they never do anything with it. The CEO does not have lunch with their employees, this is just a ploy to get higher ratings. Notice how they never listed where they work in the company either which raises eyebrows. The few employees that do stick it out and try to make a 'career' out of this place will never get the opportunity to advance. Supervisors and managers really don't do anything on a daily basis so you cant expect them to work on anything with you. The only place you can actually make money is in sales, but you will be selling a product that breaks constantly and also giving customers false hopes. It will not be rewarding.

Cons

The system gets updated with a lack of care by the developers and often times the process is never thought out which makes it fall in the techs lap. Management never sees what is going on and only cares about how they look in a suit on the website. Any recognition is only given to people who are popular instead of all the people putting in the hard work on a daily basis. Support is never given anything but food as a "prize". I have been working here for over 5 years and still haven't been compensated for the years worth of work and dedication you put in to this company. People that have been there longer than I have all bad mouth it but they cant do anything about it. If you work extremely hard no one cares for what you do and if you don't work at all you will get the same benefits as the people who do. The company did continue to grow in profit even though they put a pay freeze on all of their employees saying "It will get better" when it really hasn't. They focus on winning over big companies to make their name look good over their competitors so they can claim the are the leader of their industry, but that's all they are focused on. They don't care about their employees or customers as much as they do on the next upgrade that will cause more problems just so customers can keep their support fees coming. If the system was that good, they wouldn't need to call into support every day on a new problem. Too many people quit and a lot of new people are hired constantly because of their lack of concern with the employees. The people that do quit don't get any benefits because they worked here.

Pros

The teammates that I worked with were generally really great. Decent opportunity for learning

Cons

The benefits were not great, 3 year vesting to get a 401k match, insurance was sub par, time off was below average. In addition to this the management team is having a lot of turnover along with getting rid of people systematically (or what feels targeted). This is following some acquisitions that could have been great but because the teams are all operating in silos with what feels like no cohesive direction from the senior leadership. The products that are being sold are very old feeling/looking with no real changes on the horizon. Pair this with high level executive leadership changes that are pointing to a potential sale of the company which likely will come with more changes and loss of employment.
