      Apologies for delayed response as we are just now learning how to navigate Glassdoor. We historically have only had one claims coordinator - the role doesn't exist anymore - and only existed in 2021, and that person today works in a different role and is approaching their 4 year anniversary with our company. Applied Risk Solutions hosts a monthly Calibration connection with our sister companies (not departments) to foster collaboration between those companies. This review appears to either be fraudulent and/or full of misinformation.

      I enjoy supporting a small team of experienced Risk Managers - which allows me the opportunity to learn on the job and one day be promoted to Risk Manager as well.

      Cons

      It is challenging work in that it can change every day depending on client and company needs. You do need to be super organized and adaptable,

      Cons

      Unscrupulous business practices & employee management practices. They changed the structure of the company to attempt to avoid legal liability. Under “Matrix Group” or even “RevMatch” for whatever suits them.
