Pros

Great group of employees work here

Cons

You don’t get paid, people last a few months minus the students or workers too afraid to leave because of their Visa status We are talking months without pay, with constant excuses but no solutions, and finally people leave and that’s a relief for management because they then get to rehire and repeat the cycle while the previous employees wait or submit claims If you are comfortable waiting 3 months without pay at a time, sure join because then you will eventually get paid when a big project finishes, however if you are not that financially stable, please look elsewhere

Pros

Good opportunities for learning. I worked on B2B Digital Marketing post-pandemic. I was new to this industry. Bob was patient, he provided the good resource to learn, including the engineers and the clients. As result, I ended up with delivering quality marketing materials to the market and a pay raise at the end of the first year.

Cons

Competition is intense for a company size like this in the local region. Projects are often bidding at a lower price due to competition. Overall, clients are demanding - you have to learn how to manage the expectations.

Pros

N/A nothing to add here

Cons

The main problem with this company is that employees improperly treated and are not paid consistently or on time. While there are many other issues—such as no occupational trainings or support, disorganization, micromanagement, no room for growth, and generally unprofessional business practices—the most serious problem is the failure to pay employees when they are supposed to be paid. The president is rude and often refuses to pay former and current employees. Many employees turn to file claims through the Onrario Courts and Ministry of Labour in order to recover wages Applied Precision 3D needs to pay.
