Although there are numerous flaws to the company (lack of training, disorganized, micro-management, zero room for growth, unprofessional business practices to name a few) the main issue is not paying the employees on time or at all. I can get by with all the cons as long as I get paid, but working there and taking all the cons WITHOUT getting paid for it is extremely tough for ALL employees. President refuses to pay when the money doesn’t come in for that month, which is very often. Employees get fed up and leave and are at the mercy of the ministry of labour claims to retrieve your pay (not without the CEO kicking and screaming to the ministry of every excuse in the book why he shouldn’t and will not pay past employees)
