      Pros

      Outside Sales for a great company who carries mid range/higher end appliances. Really strive to maintain a loyal customer base in the local market.

      Cons

      There are not to many cons, have a great customer base in the residential and commercial markets. Feel there is more to offer in the business world, have reached a ceiling in my current market and looking to explore new careers.

      Pros

      I would be completing 4 yrs with organisation very soon and my experience simply amazing.The company has started taking giant steps in achieving its objectives and trajectory seems to be right. Management gives enough freedom to employees to ideate and try new things. We now have Paper Boat in cafeteria... :)

      Cons

      Sometimes structured approach seems amiss where everybody is doing everything. Certain units working in silos.

      Pros

      Great culture, Interesting projects, Opportunities for employees growth. Fun place to work with so helpful and incredible staff. If you are passionate about your work and want to put in the effort, then i will strongly recommend this company for you. The people are amazing both helpful, both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Still a relatively lean organization so perks are not equivalent to some larger organizations. Does not matter though.
