Excellent company mission. Vertical integration allows you to learn a lot. Great culture/great people. Stable company that has never had a layoff. Privately owned without risk of buyout/you don't have to answer to stock holders. Good work/life balance. Large company with Mom & Pa feel.
Cons
Starts lower side on pay, but if you stick around/prove yourself you can do quite well (raises will put you above competitive pay at other local companies).
The company is privately owned and has everything sourced in the US. The training is phenomenal.
Cons
The turnover rate is absurd due to low salaries, poor management, and unreachable goals. In the few years I worked there I never met the budget for commissions and I was considered a top performer.
